Location Rawang

Job Responsibilities.

  • To handle overall payroll function inclusive of Payroll preparation, attendance tracking, overtime calculation, attendance allowance, shift allowance, performance allowance, reporting, EPF, SOCSO & INCOME TAX preparation and payment.
  • Organize and maintain good & efficient computer & physical filing system.
  • Assist in handling all HR daily activities.
  • Assist in recruitment and selection process
  • Responsible for induction program for new staff including ID card, workstation, email access etc…
  • Assist in employee relation activities and other administrative tasks.
  • Update & maintain employee movement records.
  • Update & maintain proper leave records, medical, dental & optical claims control for all staff.
  • To liaise with Company insurance agent on matter pertaining to insurance coverage, staff medical benefit, insurance claims etc..
  • To conduct training needs analysis (TNA) for all levels.
  • Monitor HRDF, training budget vs expenses and claim.
  • Attend to all employees queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
  • To liaise with consultant for expatriate working permit application and renewal.
  • Perform and assist in any required ad-hoc job/function that may be assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the manufacturing environment and related field is preferable for this position
  • Must be computer literate – Microsoft office and powerpoint
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, mandarin and bahasa Malaysia
  • Well versed in HR policies/matters and posses good knowledge of Labour laws and regulations • Able to multi task and work independently with minimum supervision
    Posses good communication skills, initiative, proactive, resourceful and team player
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
