Job Descriptions
- Installation, commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting of PU foam dispensing machines including the dry plant such as mould carrier, panel press and other conveyor system
- Liaise and work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure best solutions are identified and problems are solved with minimum supervision
- Liaise with head office for information and status of the ongoing projects.
- Sourcing for new suppliers/ contractors required for ongoing projects
- Take over the coordination work from HQ and ensure smooth start up, work closely with the customer and to get acceptance signature
- Provide feedback to engineering and service dept to reduce parts replacement, shorten the installation time and meeting customer satisfaction
- Conduct user training for end-customers
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Mechantronic Engineering or higher
- Able to read and understand electrical / hydraulic / pneumatics schematics drawings
- Knowledge and experience in PLC programming is an added advantage
- Good time management and communication skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Languages required: English & Malay. Able to converse in Mandarin will be a plus point.
- Possess own vehicle
- Frequent overseas travel is required
