Location Bayan Lepas, Penang


  • Responsible for every stage of the order fulfilment process by meeting customers’ requirements to total customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the customer or supplier throughout the duration of an order, delivery, communicating and problem solving.
  • Follow up delivery of materials and purchasing related function.
  • Monitor suppliers and production to ensure subpart or raw materials are brought in according to schedule to meet production and inventory goals  
  • Coordinate with Production on shipment and recovery plan if necessary
  • Maintain accuracy in the scheduling process
  • Ensure order fulfilment and meeting of committed delivery dates.
  • To track, analyse and report inventory
  • To plan and prepare Weekly Production schedule according to forecast or customer order and create weekly production work orders.
  • Prepare and update daily output report, weekly production schedule and monthly production plan & reports including suppliers stock control
  • Review PO, weekly demand to ensure accuracy with sufficient MOQ
  • Coordinate with procurement team and update PO master tracking file
  • Schedule delivery schedule including schedule to suppliers base on customer requisition
  • Liaise with suppliers on the shipment delivery lead time.
  • Total logistics planning eg. to handle independently both on import & export shipment, distribution & documentation and liaison with forwarders for rate and booking
  • Request rate and prepare the shipping costing
  • Ensure timely logistic arrangement and smooth shipment of finished goods Maintain master delivery schedule
  • Updated the tracking report and stock card



  • Min SPM or Degree Holder preferable in Supply Chain/ Logistic/ Planning
  • 3 years and above of experience in Planning & Logistics
  • Familiar with customs procedure & liaise with forwarder on the customs clearance.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with confidence
  • Excellent management and leadership skills                
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels and disciplines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Ability in multitasking and work in fast pace environment
