Location Jalan Munshi Abdullah, KL
  • Provide secretarial & administrative supports to MD
  • To coordinate & schedule the MD's appointments, meetings, daily schedule, travel arrangements and etc
  • Handle highly confidential matters pertaining to the business activities of the Company
  • To plan MD's diary management, appointment arrangemens and collating all relevant paperworks
  • To arrange appointments and meetings with the HOD as per MD's requests
  • Prepare & organize confidential correspondences, documents, and maintain an efficient filing systems
  • Assist in preparation of management presentation materials, financial & business research and information gathering for the MD
  • To liaise effectively with internal divisions/department and external parties
  • other tasks as assigned by the MD
 
Job Requirements
  • Preferably candidates with minimum a Diploma in any related field
  • Those with min 2 years of working experience in the similar capacity are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent in command of written and spoken in English & Mandarin
  • Meticulous, independent, trustworthy and self motivated
  • Good interpersonal, communications and PR skills
  • Great sense of confidentiality and credibility
  • Preferably female candidates with age below 40
  • pleasant outlook with friendly personality
