Job Descriptions

 

Front Desk Support:

 

  • Handle all related front desk and receptionist duties (managing clients appointment, in/out calls, courier, mail/fax distribution)
  • Ensure tidiness of whole office and patients rooms
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned

 

Administration:

 

  • To support Office Administrator in the upkeep of general office building maintenance
  • Sourcing and ordering of office equipment and stationery
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers on maintenance of office equipment e.g. fax machines/copiers/ door access system/telephone system, etc.
  • Ordering of groceries/refreshment for office consumption
  • Assist in Recreation Club activities
  • Travel arrangements – flight and hotel bookings, including application of visa
  • Coordinate in-house seminars/training/workshops/meetings/events
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties assigned as and when necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Prefer candidates with minimum SPM or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Windows Applications
  • Must be proficient in both written and spoken English language.
  • Other required language is Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must have a pleasant disposition, good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
  • Systematic, meticulous and able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Trustworthy, responsible and a team player
  • Must be willing to work for 5.5 days (Saturdays half day)
