Job Responsibilities.

  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  • Managing day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using Excel and MYOB Premier, producing reports as requested.
  • Monitoring Cash flow and Petty Cash.
  • To assist and monitor all fund and accounting systems and procedures capturing all billings and receipts and recording of all revenue transactions.
  • Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
  • Develop and maintain financial databases
  • Evaluate and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
  • Oversee the planned maintenance of company vehicles.
  • Improve processes and monitor the rules, regulations and procedures in support of organisational goals.
  • Maintain organisation’s staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program.
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training program.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance.
  • Provide employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  •  Support annual salary review.
  • Administering payroll and employee benefits and organizational insurance, including submission of statutory payments.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirement, conducting investigations, maintaining leave records, representing the organisations at hearings.
  • Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
  • To ensure the company website is up-to-date with products information.
  • To maintain all computers and office equipment in good working conditions

Job Requirments.

  • Degree in Accounts or other relevant work/professional experience will be consideration.
  • Minimum 3or 4 years of relavant working experience in a senior role.
  • Independent, able to undertake pressure & meet tight deadlines.
  • PC proficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Strong communication skill (spoken and written ) in English and Chinese.
  • Must be able to handle payroll.
  • Must possess own transport.
