Location Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur
 
Responsibilities:
  • To accomplish project objectives by planning, managing and evaluating project activities
  • Conduct preliminary budgets and project schedule
  • Project Time Scheduling
  • Attending coordination meetings with client, consultants and designers
  • Macro and Micro checking schematic layout drawings throughout
  • Manage from conceptual design phase to design development phase
  • Liaise with client, MNE & lighting consultants and both interior, as well as, drafting designers
  • Carrying out full Value Engineering Exercises for projects that may incur cost inflation to cater to client's budget requirement.
  • Participating in preparation of tender/bidding documentation, Call out, as well as interview and selection of contractors
  • Full hands on participation from initial conceptual design of a facility right up to hand over

Requirements:
  • Degree in building, architecture, mechanical, E&E or civil engineering
  • 5 years and above in project management especially in 'design and build' / M&E consultancy
  • Exposure in design and construction of international hospitality / F&B facilities would be an advantage
  • Proficient in design/engineering drawing such as AutoCad, as well as MS office application
  • Good managerial and supervision skill, ability to lead a team of engineers and designers
  • Good time management and planning skill, and the ability to meet deadline
  • Resourceful and problem solver
  • Excellent in communication skill with good written and spoken English as required to liaise with prominent clients from the International hospitality industry
  • Good interpersonal skill and a team player
  • Able to travel to international destinations
  • Mature and good leadership
  • Pleasant personality and confidence
