Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation, troubleshooting, analyze, support, and maintain on range of system, including Windows, server/OS utilization, virtualization, performance tuning, AD and backup design and restore.
• Developing, maintaining and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware and system software components.
• Performing installation, maintenance and support of system software/hardware and user support at on-site and remote support.
• Configuring, debugging and supporting multiple infrastructure platforms.
• Performing high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and creating preventive measures.
• Proactively ensure solving customer infrastructure on time in professional way.
• Excellence in communication skills, need to liaise with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve issues.
• Prepare and compiling project documentation.

• Possess a recognized Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.  Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
• Able to analyze, evaluate, identify issues or provide solutions to ensure servers are operating efficiently.
• Understand infrastructure full schematics in generally
• To manage several projects simultaneously from design to implementation.
• Able to communicate technical information to other technical team members as well as coworkers in other departments who may not have the knowledge in technical terminology.
• Good time management
• Possess own transport as successful applicant are required to travel onsite.
• Proven experience in support for diverse client.
