Admin Executive / Personal Assistant

Location : Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur

Salary : RM 3,500 - 5,000

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
  • Manage office supplies, documentation, filing, and general office upkeep
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external partners
  • Assist in scheduling, travel arrangements, and documentation for the major partner of the company
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and handle basic inquiries
  • Support company activities, meetings, and ad-hoc tasks when required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in administrative or related roles
  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration or relevant fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and coordination skills especially English
  • Positive attitude, young, willing to learn, and adaptable to a start-up environment
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is an added advantage (for coordination with China partners)
