Accounts Assistant

Location : Sg, Nibong, Penang

Salary : RM 2,500 - 3,000

job description

  • Handle daily accounting tasks,GL/AR 

  • Generate monthly bank reconciliation statement 

  • Generate sales order control and management

  • Responsible for Inventory control

  • Providing administrative support to the Accounts team as required

  • Support ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.


Requirements :-

  • Minimum Qualification LCCI Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

  • At least 2- 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is preferred

  • Meticulous and a team player

  • Willing to work at Sg Nibong Kechil, Penang

  • Willing to work under pressure in fast paced and multi-task environment

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
