Location : TRX, Kuala Lumpur
Salary : RM 3,500 - 5,000
To oversee the daily running of office and administrative functions.
Assist the partners and management in the operations of Malaysia office
Liaise with company secretary and local authorities to ensure meeting business regulation compliance for the newly set up entity.
Arrange and manage appointment, meeting and traveling arrangement of expatriates, visitors and management, including necessary entry permit/work visa with agents.
Liaise with partners,trainers and internal team to coordinate training, meeting or events initiatives.
Requirements:
Possess Diploma/Degree in Business Administrative or possess relevant work experience.
3 years and above of administrative and office working experience.
Proficient in both spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate with strong skills in MS office software applications.
Matured personality, presentable and articulate in communication.
Initiative and able to work independently.
Adaptive in a face pace environment working with expatriates and locals.
