Our client is a global air compressor manufacturer with global distribution channels and integrated global resources.  They are known for their leading edge and patented R&D technology, automated production equipment.  Due to business expansion, they are seeking experience engineer to manage the aftermarket key account client.


Responsibilities:

• Promote and offer compressed air products and after-market solutions to designated territories
• Plan and execute sales activities, including technical service coordination, solution demonstrations, and proposal presentations to convert opportunities into sales orders.
• Advise customers on cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing solutions.
• Conduct regular SWOT analyses, monitor competitors, and provide market intelligence and customer feedback.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer visits, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage receivables and minimize overdue payments.
• Work closely with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Engage with management to support professional growth and career progression.

• Diploma or Degree in a technical or engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, etc.).
• 2–5 years of experience in technical, industrial, or after-market sales (preferably in compressed air, machinery, or engineering sectors).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Results-driven and customer-focused.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Able to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Product training will be provided
