Job Summary

An established test and measurement equipment supplier to the manufacturing and electronics industry is looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Executive to support daily office operations and assist the sales team with administrative tasks, based at their Bandar Puteri Puchong office.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
  • Manage and maintain procurement documents, purchase orders, and supplier records
  • Handle filing, data entry, and document management (both digital and physical)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding documentation and orders
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with basic procurement processes
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations when required
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general correspondence
  • Support management with other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles (fresh graduates may also be considered)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential documents and maintain accuracy
  • Experience supporting sales administration is an added advantage
