About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to drive growth across key HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) accounts in Southeast Asia. This role focuses on managing 5-star hotels, resorts, and hotel groups, delivering solution-based sales in commercial kitchen systems including dishwashing, food waste management, and automation solutions.
You will act as the single point of contact for major accounts, leading strategic partnerships and complex project execution—particularly in Singapore’s highly regulated hospitality environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key hotel accounts and hospitality groups across SEA

  • Build strong relationships with corporate procurement, hotel owners, and operators

  • Drive solution-based sales for dishwashing and food waste systems (e.g. sustainable kitchen solutions)

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including coordination with consultants, contractors, and technical teams

  • Handle Singapore-based projects, navigating regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations

  • Prepare technical proposals, system layouts, and commercial offers with internal teams

  • Advise clients on CAPEX vs OPEX, including cost optimisation and leasing options

  • Coordinate regional resources to ensure timely delivery of proposals and project milestones

Requirements

  • 6–10 years’ experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales within:

    • HoReCa / Hospitality
    • Foodservice equipment / Commercial kitchens
  • Proven experience working with hotel chains or 5-star properties

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Good technical understanding of kitchen systems (dishwashing, waste handling, workflow design)

  • Experience in Singapore market or exposure to regulatory environments is an advantage

  • Strong commercial acumen in pricing, cost analysis (CAPEX/OPEX), and proposal structuring

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
