Join an established leader in Security Products (CCTV & Access Control Systems). We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the office operations and coordinating functions.  Work location best suited to candidates staying around Petaling Jaya, Bandar Utama, Damansara and nearby areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Provide full administrative support, including filing, scanning, and managing office documentation to ensure smooth operations.

  • Reception & Coordination: Handle incoming calls, coordinating field work schedules with technical team, and provide a professional follow-up to clients.

  • Basic Accounts & Billing: Perform accurate data entry for invoice billing and purchase invoices.

  • Operations Support: Assist in daily administrative duties such as emailing, binding, and filing.

Requirements:

  • Education: Background in Business Admin, Finance, or any related field is good.

  • Experience: Prior working experience in admin, coordinator or relevant positions.  Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! Full training will be provided for all systems and processes.

  • Skills: Familiar with MS office application and communication skill

  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and self-motivated attitude.

  • Availability: Ability to start immediately or on short notice is a major advantage.
