Core Responsibilities

As an exclusive representative of the agency, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:

  • Client Acquisition & Management: Proactively identify and acquire new corporate employer accounts through networking, cold calling, and email campaigns. Build deep relationships to understand their company culture and hiring needs.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Conduct market research on hiring trends. Utilizing our agency tools, major job portals, and social media, craft compelling job ads to attract top-tier talent.
  • Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a precise match. Manage the candidate journey with high empathy, maintaining a trusted pipeline for future roles.
  • Process Coordination: Act as the strategic liaison between clients and candidates—scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and facilitating offer negotiations for successful closings.
  • Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and follow up on client billings/payments.
  • Data Mastery: Utilise and maintain our agency Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to input candidate data, track job orders, and manage your pipeline efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner and share insights with fellow consultants to maximize agency placement rates and client satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Industry Advantage: Prior experience or educational background in Information Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Finance/Accounting, FMCG, or Psychology is a major plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Tech Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, digital search tools, and navigating online databases.
