Company Profile:  Our client is an established real estate agency in Jalan Kelang Laman, Kuala Lumpur.  We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Admin / Admin Executive to support the office daily sales and administrative operations.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries professionally
• Follow up with agents, clients, and internal teams on daily matters
• Prepare, update, and key in reports accurately
• Maintain proper records and administrative documentation
• Support general office administration and coordination tasks
• Assist with other ad-hoc admin duties when required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in real estate / property industry is highly preferred
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Canva
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fresh graduates with relevant admin exposure are encouraged to apply
